Terms of Service
These terms govern branch selection, appointments, inspections, estimates, repair approvals, warranty and prices for services provided through pixelperfeect.com in Ukraine.
1. Provider
pixelperfeect.com, sole proprietor (PE), Unit 7, Business Center Horizon, 28 Yevhena Chykalenka Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine; EDRPOU 06278690; +380 966 059 4622; contact@pixelperfeect.com; Manager Lucas Schmidt. Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.
2. Appointments
Branch hours and slots shown are indicative; an appointment is confirmed only by our written reply and may be declined if a branch or specialist is unavailable.
3. Inspections and estimates
Diagnostics are charged as quoted before work begins. A written estimate states scope, parts, labour and validity; hidden defects found later need a revised estimate.
4. Repair approvals
No repair starts without your documented approval of the written estimate. Extra work needs separate approval; replaced parts are returned on request.
5. Prices and VAT
Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). pixelperfeect.com is a single tax payer, not a VAT payer, so no VAT is added; the final amount is fixed in the written estimate and closing document.
6. Warranty
Warranty covers our workmanship and parts we supply for the period stated in the warranty document, excluding wear, misuse, accident damage and third-party repairs.
7. Complaints
Email contact@pixelperfeect.com or call +380 966 059 4622; we reply within 14 days. Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our fault within statutory limits, not for indirect loss or delays beyond our control. Consumer rights are unaffected; Ukrainian law applies.
9. Advertising and data
Certifications, affiliations and prices are substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'. Appointment and contact data are processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'; non-essential cookies need prior consent.
