Prices and timelines shown on this site or given by phone or email are indicative only and are not a binding offer. A repair estimate becomes binding only after inspection and written confirmation by both parties.

2. Final scope and price

The final scope, parts list and total price are confirmed in writing after inspection. Faults found during repair may change the price; we obtain your written approval before proceeding.

3. Inspection services

Standardized inspections offered here are commercial technical assessments. Unless expressly stated in writing, they are not government technical inspections and are not authorized by any state authority. Reports reflect the condition observed at the time of inspection.

4. Appointment requests

Submitting an appointment request does not confirm a booking. An appointment is confirmed only when our service center replies with a confirmation. Stated response times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Pre-contract information

Before you order, we provide clear information on the repair or inspection service, the basis for the estimate, appointment terms and the complaint procedure, per the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

6. Accuracy of published information

Claims about services, prices and certification are accurate and substantiated. We do not imply manufacturer affiliation without authorization, in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR “On Advertising”.
