What the 42-point standardized inspection really covers

Every branch works from the same checklist in the same order and records each item on the same report sheet. Before any work starts, you get the findings plus a written estimate range with its assumptions.

Grouped by system

  • 11 pointsBrakes and suspensionPad and disc thickness, fluid level, hose condition, shock and spring play, bushing wear, wheel bearing noise.
  • 9 pointsEngine and fluidsOil condition, coolant strength, belt cracks, filter state, leak trace, idle behaviour, cold start.
  • 8 pointsSteering and drivetrainTie rod and ball joint play, rack leaks, CV boot tears, gearbox and differential seepage.
  • 6 pointsElectrical and diagnosticsBattery load test, charging voltage, fault code read, lamp and sensor function.
  • 8 pointsBody and safetyTyre tread and pressure, tyre age, glass and wipers, belt anchors, corrosion at jacking points.

Each item appears in the full checklist table, and a sample report shows how the sheet looks when you collect it.

03 Checklist

What the 42-point inspection covers

Each item is performed the same way at all five branches. Every row ends in something printed in your written report, with a state of pass, attention, or not checked and the reason attached.

One example row per system is shown. The full list of 42 items, with readings, is handed to you as a printed and emailed report.

What a finished inspection report looks like

Every row records what we measured, how we measured it, and the outcome. Pass means the item sits inside our checklist limit. Attention means a limit is close or already crossed, and the written estimate that follows lists a price range next to its assumptions.

This is our own 42-point standardized inspection, not a government technical inspection, so the report cannot be used as a roadworthiness certificate. The measurement limits follow our checklist and are printed on every page.

05Next step

Book the inspection at your branch

The 42-point checklist is our own procedure, not a government technical inspection. You leave the branch with the written report and an estimate that lists parts and labor as ranges, each with its assumptions.

Branch line answered Mon to Sat, 08:00 to 19:00. Offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro and Kharkiv.
